Re-heating

Plenty of options here but please do it gently and not above a medium heat. Taking the meat out of the bag and microwaving or into a pan works well.

Alternatively, leave it in the bag and place in a pot of simmering water (not a boil!) for roughly 10 minutes. Be sure to keep the seal above the water line.
